
Gina Stilp is the executive director of the Ruth Nelson Family Foundation. As the Foundation’s first executive director, Stilp collaborates with the board of directors to guide the Foundation’s strategic planning and grantmaking, and she oversees its programs, community affairs, and operations.
Prior to her leadership at the Foundation, Stilp served as the executive director of the Zilber Family Foundation in Milwaukee, WI. In her role, she increased the Foundation’s focus on affordable housing and economic development to improve the social and economic well-being of communities in Milwaukee and Oahu, HI. Gina began her career at New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity, where she helped facilitate the construction of hundreds of affordable housing units in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Gina has a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA from Marquette University.

About Alexandra Paschal
As Program Director, Alex Paschal develops and implements RNFF’s program strategy, manages our grant portfolio and helps guide our team toward operational and programmatic excellence.
Most recently, Paschal served as the first Executive Director for the Ed Darby Foundation, where she was responsible for working collaboratively with the board of directors to establish the organization’s strategy to pursue the founder’s mission of helping students in North Tulsa fulfill their potential. Paschal also served as the director of community engagement for ImpactTulsa and spent 10 years in the Los Angeles area working in the nonprofit industry supporting youth programs.
Paschal grew up in Tulsa and is passionate about working with Tulsans to ensure all our neighbors have the resources they need. She serves on the Opportunity Project Advisory Board, Tulsa Public Schools Superintendent’s Advisory Council, Jenks Public Schools Foundation Board, is a member of the Funders Roundtable, and a graduate of Leadership Tulsa – Class 60. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, and a proud Tulsa Memorial Charger alumna.
In her free time, Paschal, alongside her husband Brian, enjoys cheering on their three children Jack, Annie and Benjamin, in their varied interests and activities. She likes attempting to garden and taking walks with the family dog, Raschal Paschal.

Nikki Sharp serves as the Grant Manager for Ruth Nelson Family Foundation. As Grant Manager, Sharp is responsible for designing and managing the Foundation’s grantmaking processes, systems and compliance protocols to ensure grants are effectively and efficiently administered and that grantees receive excellent support. In her previous roles, Sharp has written successful proposals for and managed federal, state, city and private grants for organizations of all sizes. Most recently, she worked as an Assessor on the Tulsa Area Data Capacity Assessment project, working with nonprofits throughout Tulsa to identify recommendations in the areas of data collection and use, processes, systems and technology use and optimization.
Sharp earned her master’s in Public Administration from OU-Tulsa in 2021, focusing on public policy, and has worked to encourage and assist nonprofit leaders in understanding the legislative role in funding cycles and government priorities. She’s the kind of person who reads policy documents “for fun.”
In her free time, Nikki enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her kids and family. (She may or may not also make spreadsheets to try to pre-determine the final couples on reality dating shows).

Immersing herself in one of the most generous cities in the country, she quickly came to appreciate Tulsa’s rich history, deep sense of community and hidden charm. Her work reflects a commitment to systems-level change and meaningful, people-centered impact.
Darker earned her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Central Florida and later completed her master’s in Healthcare Administration after moving to Denver. Over the past decade, Tori has built a dynamic career in healthcare, with experience spanning case management, business development and administrative leadership. She is a graduate of Leadership Tulsa - 69 and is a member of Funder’s Roundtable.
Tori is married to her college sweetheart and is the proud mom of two wonderful children and a goofy dog. She finds joy and balance in the outdoors – camping, hiking, snowboarding and gardening whenever she can.
